Terms of Service

1. Overview

This website serves as a shopfront only. Orders are not processed automatically through the site. All purchases are completed manually after you submit a request or enquiry form.

2. Ordering Process

• Submit your request via the enquiry form on our website.
• We will review your request and email or whats app you an invoice.
• Your order will only be processed once full payment and proof of payment have been received.

3. Payment Terms

• Use your Name and Invoice Number as the payment reference.
• Proof of payment must be sent via:

4. Shipping & Delivery

• A flat courier fee of R100 applies to all orders.
• We only use Pudo Locker-to-Locker for deliveries.
• Orders are placed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Delivery takes 5–10 working days after order placement.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect information provided by the customer.
